Where do you train?
We can provide home visits, you can train in my small garage based gym, we can train you in a park and we also have access to a studio in Bexley.
What should I wear?
Relaxed sports based clothing and most importantly comfortable training shoes.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
NO that’s what I am there for! I can cater for all levels of fitness. I will do an initial FREE consultation to work out your fitness levels and then build a specific program tailored for your goals.
Do you do group training?
Yes. I am happy to do group sessions for up to 6 people. Prices are available on request.
Do I need to change my diet?
I can give you help and advice on healthy eating guidelines. I also offer fitness and nutrition packages and also support on lifestyle changes. By completing a Food & Mood diary, we would take a look at your eating habits and advise on areas to change.
Are you fully qualified and fully insured?
I am a fully qualified REPS level 3 personal trainer and am fully insured with £10 m public liability insurance through Insure4Sport.
