  •  We met Lee in the park whilst walking our dogs, then decided to join his boot camp on a Saturday morning. Lee is creative and mindful of the different levels of fitness in the group, he is enthusiastic and tries to encourage the group to to work towards a higher level of fitness. All group members are so friendly, it is a joy to be around people that want to get fitter. We love it!
    After Christmas I embarked on his six week fitness and weight loss programme. I have lost 4% in body fat and four inches from waist, hips and chest. Lee is honest and ” says it how it is!”. I would recommend both the boot camp and his programme to anyone , whatever level of fitness. What a skilled, professional lovely man.

  • After finally having enough with my appearance and putting on some 4 stone in weight, I thought it was time to do something about it. Having known Lee for a number of years, seeing his achievements and knowing he would have gone through a similar journey to what I wanted to achieve, I signed up for a Personal Training programme. Now two months into my training and through Lee’s enthusiasm and motivation, I have now not only lost well over a stone in weight but increasing my fitness levels, getting them back to where they once were and generally feeling so much better about myself. I am now well on track to where I want to be and achieve my goals, something that, without Lee’s help I am not sure would have been possible.
